You and your party must be prepared to have a fun day!
Once happy to proceed we request a $100 (AUD) deposit sent via invoice, payable via credit card or direct deposit, the remainder will be due the week of the tour based on final, confirmed numbers (some peace of mind if something changes)
Payment must be received in full for the beer tour to commence and for your booking to be complete
Direct deposit, MasterCard, Visa and AMEX can all be processed via the invoice that is sent prior to the tour, less the deposit of $100 if already paid
Cancellations will incur a fee. At least two weeks’ notice and a full refund is given less $50 for admin fees. Under two weeks and a 50% refund will be given
We reserve the right to cancel the tour for obnoxious behaviour
Damage to vehicles by the group will be at the parties expense
Cleaning required on vehicles for various reasons will also be at the parties expense (minimum $200 fee up to the total cost)
Responsible consumption of alcohol is yours; please be drink wise on the day
